Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. Over the last year, I’ve been more intentional about focusing on self-care – everything from improving my skincare routine to exercising more to watching what content I consume online. And when it comes to black women, there are a ton of self-care tips and resources out there specifically for us. I know everyone may not have time to scour the internet searching for the best resources and latest news, so I’m going to do you a solid. Each week I’ll be sharing a curated list of the top five self-care tips, resources or new products. Oh, and from time to time I’ll be sharing some recipes for self-care sips you can make for yourself.
